Staff was great - friendly & helpful. Love that they have larger mugs than most diners, & the food was awesome. I got the sausage gravy w/hash browns, scrambled eggs & sourdough toast - at 1st I was thrown off by the eggs being on top of the gravy but it totally works. also loved that the other staff we passed on our way out said have a good day, especially the person who seated us - he noticed we were leaving & made a point to say a quick thank you & have a good day. our day was definitely brightened by their hospitality & I'll be adding them to my favorites list :)

Set up like a 60s diner with all the chrome, car parts, and memorabilia you could wish for. Menu is extensive with all the standards plus more. Our waitress was great and had a wonderful sense of humor. Portions are very generous and while prices are high, they are in line with the area.

Lots of menu options for all from “little rascals to silver seniors!” A must see for visitors who are just passing thru or if you’re a local looking for somewhere different to try you won’t be disappointed. I had been several times when it was still Joey's diner, but I hadn't been in since the new management had taken over. I was happy to see that they had kept the 50's-60's retro feel of the diner decor (I think the only things they added were a couple flat-screen TV's). The menu seemed basically the same as well, good diner food at good prices. I got an omelet, I don't remember what it was called, but it had sausage, bacon, ham, pepper, onions, mushroom, and cheese, and it came with home fries (which were excellent) and toast, and I got a side of Hollandaise which had an unexpected kick to it but wasn't overwhelming. Also got an iced coffee which was ok, nowhere near as strong as I like it, but I usually drink cold brew. Mom got a Reuben and fries and also ordered an iced coffee but was brought a hot coffee instead (she didn't bother to correct the server, she just drank it). Despite that one mistake, the service was quite good - our server even brought over a little bowl of peanut butter when she saw that Mom had the hiccups, explaining that eating a spoonful of peanut butter is how she always gets rid of them. The parking lot was pretty full when we got there as it was nearing the end of the lunch rush, but even so there was a handicap space available for us and we were able to be seated right away. So I'm happy to say that I'll be adding this diner back into my restaurant rotation.
